Judge Pomrenze is belligerent and self righteous. She obviously does not read the motions before her. She contradicts her own decisions from one hearing to the next. God help you if you present her with a transcript… she goes nuts when presented with the facts. She has waffled her position more than once on a moderately straight forward dispute and as a result, we’ve had four hearings and no decisions. No wonder the RJ found her to be the one of the lowest rated Family Court judge currently serving.

I worked for Jack Ferm in 2009 so I know him and what he was attempting to accomplish. He was successful with many cases. He filed over 400! I have read through this Blog, and can honestly say, I am seeing comments that are not true. Comments by people who have no idea what happened because they were not there and are just plain ignorant. The foundation had (3) full time attorneys "on staff" paid for by "Jack Ferm" who prepared the filings for court. NO attorney would take on the banks before Jack Ferm did! He has Not been convicted of any crime! so the rants here are false. It is amazing how stupid people so easily make stupid comments with little knowledge.

If you knew how Jack Ferm worked, HE HAD 3 full time attorneys on staff and some 20 or more employees including paralegals to help these people and literally dozens are still in their homes because of what he did! On January 4, 2012, Judge Cynthia Dianne Steel ordered two children to be released to the custody of their mother, to live with her and her fiancé who is a nationally registered child sex offender. When proof was provided to show Judge Steel this man still resides at the home she is sending the children back to, her comment was, “I don't care.” She also told him, “to move to (their new city) if you want to see your children.” Both the mother and her attorney, Patricia Ross, told blatant lies to Judge Steel’s face while in court and it was regarded as more of a joke to the judge. - Court advised she received no written opposition from the State. Mr. Chen advised he understood the Court was going to Recuse. Court stated at conference at the bench, she was advised that Theresa Mosley has a child in common with one of her colleagues and that child will be a witness adult and she doesn't know him personally but the colleague may be called was a witness and counsel indicated he didn't know if he would be a witness. Mr. Chen stated it's a strong possibility he will be a witness in this case and a record was made at the Grand Jury that bail was set at $5,000 and he thought it was a reasonable bail. He stated he would like to see the Deft do a walk through and she post bail because of her tactic not to make herself available. Mr. Semenza stated Deft did appear and was placed on Intensive Supervision then it was modified to a straight O.R. with no failure to appear and he asked to quash the warrant; however, she had a walk through in Henderson, has no assets, has maintained good contact and has not been arraigned. COURT ORDERED, motion to quash warrant GRANTED and O.R. RELEASE GRANTED. DEFT.MOSLEY ARRAIGNED, PLED NOT GUILTY, and WAIVED the 60-DAY RULE. COURT ORDERED, matter set for trial. Mr. Chen stated the likelihood that Judge Mosley is a witness is high. FURTHER ORDERED, matter set in two weeks for the State to do a due diligence, contact Michael Mosley and let the Court know if he is calling his father or not and matter set for a status check to set the calendar call and trial date and Defendant to be present. I too think Gabe Grasso may be retarded. His cross-examination in this trial led me to believe he has suffered numerous brain injuries. Further, he tried the case of State v. Francico Cruz, and his questioning and arguments in closing were in my opinion totally incoherent.
